Waste is bagged and left on site, and can be moved to a spot of your choosing where that is practical. We do not take waste away.

The work carries a one year workmanship guarantee, given in writing and running from the day the work is finished.
We carry £1,000,000 public liability insurance through Simply Business, in case anything ever goes wrong.

Areas should be cleared before the first day. The guarantee covers faults caused by our preparation or application. It does not cover structural movement, damp, leaks, failure of the existing background, everyday wear and repeated knocks, or damage from work carried out by others.

walls and ceilings taken to a smooth, even finish, ready for decorating. Sound Artex can be skimmed over as part of the same work.
Float and set
where old plaster has blown, the wall is floated out level and skimmed ready for decorating.
Dry lining
overboarding ceilings and dot and dab plasterboarding to existing walls, then finished ready for decorating.
Sand and cement rendering
external walls rendered and finished.
Repairs and patching
cracks, holes and blown areas made good.
Domestic work only, from one room up to full properties.
HOW A PRICE IS PUT TOGETHER
What moves the price is the condition of the walls and ceilings and how much preparation they need. A firm price follows the photos or the site visit.
Send photos of the room as a whole and any problem areas on WhatsApp and we can start on a quotation.
Where photos cannot answer it, we arrange a site visit.
The site visit and the written quote are free.
