How Nova Plastering handles the details you send with an enquiry.
Last updated 25 August 2026.
Nova Plastering is the trading name of a sole trader carrying out domestic plastering in Worthing and around ten miles out from it. We are the data controller for the information described on this page.
Phone and WhatsApp 07501 467637. Email Enquiries@novaplastering.co.uk.
If you send an enquiry through the form on this site, we collect what you type into it:
If you phone, message or email us instead, we hold whatever you tell us and the number or address you contacted us from.
We do not collect anything else. This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no social media pixels.
We use it to answer your enquiry, work out a price, arrange a site visit, carry out the work and keep our business records.
Our lawful basis is that the information is needed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then to perform that contract. Where an enquiry does not turn into a job, we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping a short record of who asked and what we quoted.
Giving us your details is not a legal requirement, but without them we cannot reply or price the work.
Our email provider and the company that hosts this website, both of which handle the information only in order to run those services for us. Our accountant sees invoices and payment records. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing.
Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within twelve months. Where we carry out work, we keep the job file and the invoice for six years after the end of the tax year it falls in, because HMRC requires it. Photographs you send are deleted with the rest of the enquiry unless you have agreed we can keep them.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, object to us holding it, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to Enquiries@novaplastering.co.uk and we will answer within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
