The working area is cleaned down.

Areas should be cleared before the first day. Before anything starts, floors and anything in or around the working area are protected where needed. At the end of each day the working area is cleaned down. Waste is bagged and left on site, and can be moved to a spot of your choosing where that is practical. We do not take waste away.
On larger jobs with more waste, a skip can be priced in if necessary.

Skimming
A smooth, even finish over existing walls and ceilings, including over Artex, ready for decorating once dry.
Float and set
Where a wall is well out of true it is floated out to a flat base, then skimmed.
Dry lining
Overboarding ceilings and dot and dab plasterboarding to existing walls, finished ready for decorating.
Sand and cement rendering
External walls rendered in sand and cement, scratch coat and finish coat.
Repairs and patching
Cracks, blown areas and holes made good.
Quality materials suited to the job. Domestic work only, across Worthing and the surrounding area.

WHAT DECIDES THE PRICE
Every job is different. What moves the price is the condition of the walls and ceilings and how much preparation they need. A sound wall that needs skimming is a different job to one where the plaster has blown and has to be floated back out. The figures below are a guide, not a quote.
You will be given an estimated number of days with the quote. A firm price follows photos on WhatsApp, or a free site visit and a written quote.
